Seth Goodrich, who spent 6 seasons as the director and skills instructor for the North Shore Vipers was named the Director of the Jr. Warrior Girls program in 2019. Seth hails from Salisbury, Vermont, and played high school hockey for both Salisbury for two seasons and then Trinity-Pawling his junior and senior year. After a postgraduate season with the Green Mountain Glades in the EJHL, Seth attended St. Anselm College where he played four years of varsity hockey and was named captain both his junior and senior years. After graduation, he worked at the Breakaway Ice Center as coach and skills director for the North Shore Vipers programs. In 2011 Seth accepted the role of Boys Varsity Head Coach and Math teacher at the Hoosac School. Seth later returned to Breakaway Ice Center as program director of the North Shore Vipers.
During his tenure as program director the Vipers emerged as a perennial Tier I contender at the state and national level. Seth directed and coached teams to a Mass State Championship and most recently, a USA Hockey National Championship. Seth is also the co-founder of North American Elite and has trained and developed over 40 NCAA Division I and III players and commits, including 6 Hockey East and ECAC commits this season.
Sarah McCoy is a passionate youth hockey coach with a love for the game that began in childhood while playing youth hockey in Malden MA. Sarah began coaching in 2018 when her sons were mites, and has since dedicated herself to nurturing young athletes in the world of hockey. Sarah is a proud graduate of Arlington Catholic High School, where she was the Captain of the girls hockey and softball teams. Sarah continued her competitive journey as a college softball player at UMass Lowell.
Sarah resides in Dracut, MA with her husband and 3 children.
Brian is entering his second season as a coach with the Valley Jr. Warriors, bringing with him six years of dedicated experience coaching youth hockey at the U8 and U10 levels. His strong background in player development and passion for the game have made him a valuable leader both on and off the ice.
A Malden native, Brian developed his love for hockey through years of youth play before advancing to compete in four years of Varsity hockey at Pope John High School. His playing experience, combined with his commitment to mentoring young athletes, shapes his positive and development-focused coaching style.
Brian currently resides in Wilmington with his wife and two children, where he continues to share his enthusiasm for hockey within his community.

Melissa Pacific played collegiate hockey at The Ohio State University from 1999–2005 and was a member of the U.S. Under-22 National Team from 2000–2002. Following her playing career, she became the Head Varsity Coach at Phillips Exeter Academy, leading the program from 2005–2019. She currently serves as the girls’ JV coach, a role that allows her more time to coach her own children while remaining actively involved in the program.
A native of Rockford, Illinois, Melissa grew up playing boys’ hockey before attending St. Mark’s School in Massachusetts, where she was a three-sport varsity athlete and graduated in 1999. In addition to her coaching career, she served as a USA Hockey evaluator for 15 years and is now in her 20th year as a faculty member at Phillips Exeter Academy.

Scott played his collegiate hockey at the University of Maine. In his senior year (1991-92), he was the Hobey Baker award winner. Post graduation, Scott continued his career at the professional level by playing 12 years in the NHL / AHL. After his playing career, Scott coached at the AHL level for 8 seasons. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Hockey Development for the Montreal Canadiens.
